The weather at air shows is always a hot topic. For our area, the main thing to remember is that the weather changes all the time.
Since tickets are not refundable you may want to wait until Friday to buy tickets or even Saturday if they are available.
The following items are NOT allowed:
- Backpacks or other large bags
- Glass containers
- Illegal drugs
- Flammable liquids and explosive materials
- Laser pointers
- Bicycles (Bicycle parking is available outside walk-up gate on Fitzhugh Blvd.)
- Roller blades or skates
- Outside food or beverages
- Canopies, tents, or large umbrellas
ALL BAGS AND ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT ANY TIME.
Yes, you will need tickets to attend the show.
One Day Pass: General Admission tickets simply get you in the gate to the air show. You may bring a blanket or a chair to enjoy the air show at your leisure.
Premium Box Seats: The Premium Box Seats offer a dedicated numbered seat located directly on the flight line area providing an outstanding way to watch the air show. This area offers ”in and out” privileges from box seat area throughout the day for our guests to enjoy the static displays, exhibit booths, and kids play area. Seating is not under shade for maximum enjoyment of the air show. A shade area is provided in the back section of the Box Seat area on a first come first serve basis. Concessions are available for purchase at a dedicated booth located for exclusive access by the Box Seat guests. The Box Seat area also offers dedicated porta-lets for the convenience of our guests.
VIP Flight Line Club: The VIP Flight Line Club is a chalet located directly on the flight line with the best views of the flying action. In addition to “in and out access” from the Flight Line Club area throughout the day to visit the static displays, exhibit booths and kids area, the Flight Line Club offers covered and outside seating (tables and shade areas are first come first serve) as well as a catered lunch and unlimited refreshments throughout the day. Lunch beginning at 11:30 AM and ending at 2:00 PM. Ice cream and cookies are served after lunch. Beer and wine are available for purchase in the Club. The Club also offers dedicated porta-lets for the convenience of our guests.

Gates open at 8:00AM until about 4:30PM. We suggest arriving in plenty of time.
Gates open at 8:00AM. Static displays, kids zone, and exhibits will open at 8:00AM. Show will end at about 4:30PM. We suggest arriving in plenty of time before the long lines begin to form.

Take I-24 Eastbound to Exit 66-B, Sam Ridley Parkway or US Highway 41/70S Murfreesboro Road to Sam Ridley Parkway then follow the signs to the air show.
Take I-40 Westbound take state Route 840 Westbound to Exit 61/Jefferson Pike turn right and continue to Nissan Drive, turn right then follow the signs to the air show
Take I-24 Westbound to Exit 70 Almaville Road, turn right continue on Nissan Drive then follow the signs to the air show.
From Memphis/Jackson/Decatur, AL/Franklin
Take 840 Eastbound to Exit 55 Highway 41/70S, continue Northbound, on US Highway 41/70, then Exit onto TN-102 Nissan Drive and follow the signs to the air show.

If you are being dropped off at the show, or using a ride-sharing service, you may be dropped off at 9th Avenue & Fitzhugh Blvd. where the walk-in gate is located.
There are also bicycle racks available for bicycle parking at 9th Avenue & Fitzhugh Blvd.
While bicycles are not allowed inside the show gates, there will be bicycle parking available outside the walk-up gate located at 9th Avenue & Fitzhugh Blvd.
The following items are allowed:
- Strollers or wagons
- Wheelchairs and motorized scooters (Note: There is no place to plug in and recharge)
- Small coolers for medical purposes or baby items
- Small, personal umbrellas.
- Small bags, such as a purse or diaper bag. Please keep number of items as small as you can manage.
- Folding or camping chairs
- Blanket to sit on

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of baby food or medically necessary items. There will be plenty of food vendors available on the show grounds.
Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for disabled patrons are allowed in the air show grounds. Personal golf carts are not allowed. Please be aware that the crowds may be heavy, maneuvering may be difficult, and that there is no place at the show to plug in and recharge.
Yes, strollers or small wagons are allowed. Please limit any diaper bags to the smallest you can manage. Security personnel at the gates will search all items and have the final say on what is allowed in.
Pets are NOT allowed onto the air show area and should NOT be left in vehicles. Because of the festival setting with food and beverage vendors, the Health Department prohibits animals, other than legally allowed service animals. Please also understand that temperatures on the tarmac area can easily reach over 100 degrees and will burn your pets feet. The loud noises of the planes and pyrotechnics can injure their sensitive hearing and/or frighten your animal. Please leave your pet(s) at home where they are safe.

When you purchase your tickets online, you need to have an email address ready. Tickets bought online are sent to an email address where you can download and print out your tickets instantly! Be sure you have a working printer handy as well, or a friend that will let you use theirs. You may also show your tickets on your phone for admission.
If you do not have access to a printer, you may show your tickets on your phone for admission.
Tickets purchased in advance are sent to an email address. You may need to check any junk or spam folders you have just incase. If you need your tickets resent to you, please contact AttendStar at 615-223-1008.
Unfortunately, there are not any discounts available.
We list our performers, but cannot give specific times at which the acts will fly. Schedules are finalized much closer to the show and depend on availability and various other conditions. All acts are subject to change/cancellation without notice. You can find a general schedule of the entire day on our schedule page.
Children prices are for ages 4-12. Three (3) and under are admitted free!
General parking, including handicapped parking, is free. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. If you are needing handicapped parking, please have your state-issued tag or placard in the car to be sure the parking attendants direct you to the appropriate areas. Please arrive early to ensure a parking spot.
VIP Parking Passes can be purchased in advance on our TICKETS page.
Parking will be managed by numerous law enforcement agencies.
Unfortunately, we do not have shuttle service to/from the show due to foot traffic and aircraft proximity.
Generally, yes, the show is the same. However, there may be some variations depending on special aircraft, which may make only a one-day fly-by appearance. Subject to change without notice.
All sales are final. In the event of performer illness, inclement weather, or technical issues, there will not be a refund or exchange given.

Yes, if space is available in that area. You may pay the difference in your ticket price to upgrade to the reserved seating area.
You must use the reserved Premium Box seat or Flight Line Club tickets for the day for which they are purchased. The reserved seating areas have assigned seats and the other day’s seats are already assigned to someone else. VIP Parking Passes must also be used for the day they are purchased for.
The same is true for General Admission tickets. They must be used on the day they were purchased for.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, REGARDLESS OF WEATHER OR CHANGES IN FLYING SCHEDULE.
Air shows are held under an open sky. Please bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. You may also bring a small personal umbrella. No large umbrellas, tents, or canopies allowed. Umbrellas will not be allowed in the Premium Box Seating area.
For general admission, One Day Passes, it is standing room around the aircraft. You may bring your own lawn/folding chairs or blankets to sit on.
Premium Seating is available for purchase, where seating will be provided for you. More information about our seating options can be found on our tickets page.
Yes, you may go back to your car at any time during the show if needed.
No. Even if you have purchased tickets, you must leave your vehicle and view the show from inside the air show grounds. This rule is due to FAA safety regulations involving the performance area.
Yes, there will be ATMs available on air show grounds.

You may fly in to the airport by 10:00am either Saturday or Sunday. You will be directed to park at the FBO. Pre-purchase your tickets online - tickets are available online only. Your plane will be taken care of by the FBO. You can expect to depart around 5:00pm.
NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen) will be issued throughout the Air Show week, but we are scheduled to close the airport on Saturday and Sunday at 11:00AM and re-open at 5:00PM
